Exceptional Recovery & Amazing Customer Service I went to another Great Clips location just before this one and had a very bitter experience with poor customer service. I came here right after that and explained the situation to Hannah, and she handled everything exceptionally well. She patiently listened to my concerns, clearly understood my needs, and completely fixed my haircut and beard trim by redoing the entire thing. What truly stood out was her professionalism and kindness—she took full responsibility to make it right and didn’t even charge me. The level of hospitality and customer care Hannah showed was outstanding. I genuinely appreciate her patience, skill, and dedication. This Great Clips location sets a great example of how customers should be treated. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Valarie at the Toonigh Village Great Clips off of Holy springs pkwy location! I accidentally made the mistake of going to a more, well supposably, "more prominent" place to get my haircut in December, due to her being out of town. Needless to say, I will NEVER make that mistake again!!! I've had to grow my hair out all these months, until now, so I could go in there and she could cut and fix it, plus do a totally new hairstyle on me! It literally took her only about 10 minutes, and my hair looks amazing! So if you plan on going to a Great Clips, make sure to go to that one, and ask for Valarie!!! You will NOT be disappointed!
